REdux: Ryoko Kombat

Orig: This isn’t really a drawing, but it’s one of the most bizarre computer illustrations I’ve ever done. This was back in the day when I was watching a lot of Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-ohki OAVs and I came up with this goofy idea to do a parody of the Mortal Kombat logo featuring the space pirate extraordinaire, Ryoko. Initial parts of this were done in Illustrator and then brought into Photoshop and then finished up there.

REdux: Keep in mind, this piece is over 20 years old at this point. The original version was done back in 1993… As I’ve been trudging through art stuff in my archives, I’ve cleaned this guy up, fixed the design, added some texture to it and updated the art file here.
